Who are the influencers in your industry? who do you admire? Chances are they are the people out there doing things, contributing, sharing ideas.

Problem is when you personally go to do that, there is a hump.  I may fail, what will people say or think? what if it works? You just need to bite the bullet and do it.  Some may criticise but most will value the extra input you provide.</description>
