SilverStripe have recently marked the new major release of their content management system as stable, available as an open-source download from www.silverstripe.com. SilverStripe is a powerful way to build websites and have anyone manage them–much more flexible than blogging tools like Wordpress, and much easier to develop with and update content on than Jooma!, Drupal or Typo3.
